England hat alle Einsitzer bis 300kg, bzw 315 kg mit RG dereguliert. Anzugeben ist nur noch die CAS =< 35 kn und das max. MTOW
Das könnte übersetzt(aber richtig) werden und sofort per "NfL" auch für D in Kraft treten.
Die LTF- LL ebenfalls per NFL außer Kraft setzen.
Dann ist das "Gezerre" beseitigt.

Ich denke, das sollte man sich so vorstellen:
@ Tim: Kurz gesagt, beim single seat amphibian oder floatplane wird nicht gefragt ob rescue system oder nicht.
aber wenn das wirklich so Bestand hat - und auch für D-Schland anwendbar wird - das wär der Hammer!
Hat schon mal einer nachgelesen ob man etwa einfach auch von D aus dort anmelden kann?
